Bottom line: efficiency and experience matter more than ever. Delays in the hiring process and overly complex interview structures can cost companies top talent, while strong employee advocacy and a positive interview experience can significantly enhance employer brand. Compensation still leads the way in offer acceptance, but flexibility continues playing a major role. As hiring demand is mostly driven by backfills, moving quickly and creating a strong candidate experience can be key in securing the right talent, long-term.
