Looking to get hired? Start with a standout resume.

Your resume is your first impression — and often, your only shot to grab attention. Here are a few quick tips to make it count:

  • Tailor your resume to each role. Use the job description as a guide and highlight relevant skills and achievements.

  • Keep it clear and concise. Two pages max. No fluff. Focus on results and impact.

  • Use strong action verbs. Think “led,” “built,” “streamlined,” “managed” — not “responsible for.”

  • Quantify your work. Numbers speak. “Reduced processing time by 30%” hits harder than “improved efficiency.”

  • Make it skimmable. Clean formatting, bullet points, and bolded section headers go a long way.

  • Proofread — then proofread again. Typos can cost you interviews. (Which we have seen many times)

Your resume should tell a clear story: who you are, what you’ve done, and why you’re a great fit. Need a second set of eyes on yours? We are always happy to help.
